Warranty

Each timepiece is is warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from its date of purchase.

Thereafter, your timepiece can be serviced by any third party watchmaker but if you prefer, you can also have it serviced directly by us.

Shipping

Shipping is free for more than 70 countries. For other destinations, shipping charges are shown during checkout.

Price doesn't include taxes that your local customs may require you to pay.

Items are typically shipped in 3 working days, and shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us and seek a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Order cancellations and item returns will incur a 6% restocking fee.
