Preorder Turnaround Time

Preorders typically take 4 to 6 months to fulfil, and we're not liable for unforeseen production delays.

Preorder Cancellation

You may choose to cancel your preorder at any time and seek a refund. For preorders cancelled by you, a 6% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Alternatively, to avoid the re-stocking fee we can give you a store credit instead. To do this, you must inform us at the time you cancel your preorder.
